SpeechSchool.TV provides a weekly current lesson and access to your previous lessons from the 'Recent lessons' tab on the right hand side of each lesson. The Accent Programs include a set of Exercises/Summary Notes and a Voice Recording which may be downloaded. The Master Communicator Program includes a set of Summary Notes. Speech Assessments are available to subscribers at cost price.

Upon subscribing to any SpeechSchool.TV program you agree to have your credit card debited with the monthly subscription charge (or be billed otherwise) in the currency selected. We reserve the right to alter the monthly subscription or assessment charge by giving 7 days notice to subscribers. Should we be unable to process charges to your credit card they will be added to the next payment due or billed at the end of the period.

Subscriptions are for single users only on one computer. We routinely check IP addresses and if we discover a single user account is being used by multiple users, we may bill you for the additional number of users we estimate you have provided access to.

Requests to pause, cancel or change your subscription must be submitted on our subscription alteration form and will be processed with 3 working days. Paused subscriptions are still active as they allow access to all previous lessons and subscriber assessments. All cancelled or unfunded subscriptions will lose all access to SpeechSchool.TV lessons, support and systems.

SpeechSchool.TV will automatically pause subscriptions where course assessments (for mini assessments and elite subscribers) have not been completed in order to avoid backlogs in the Assessment Department. New lessons will be resumed once the assessment has been handed in.

No refunds are given except under our first lesson money back guarantee program:

A money back guarantee is offered from the first subscription date to new subscribers. The guarantee is available only once per user and does not apply to assessments, multi-user licenses or when using a discount or referral code. The guarantee period begins from the day you subscribe until delivery of Lesson 2 (on Monday). Please note, user cancellations of PayPal accounts will invalidate the guarantee. Excludes affiliate referrals. Annual, prepaid and discounted subscriptions are non-refundable. Where an assessment has been taken at the discounted subscriber rate, neither the assessment or subscription will be refundable.
